DIMB / INFORMATION

Website and Open-Deck List Terms

Terms for using the dimb information website and its free signup form for email updates.

Service provider

The service provider is Kamil Micota, who runs the dimb project. Contact: [email protected].

What the service includes

The website introduces the dimb project in development and lets you use a form to join a free open-deck list and receive launch updates. The list is prepared and sent manually, generally on Sunday mornings. Its contents depend on available event information; we cannot guarantee that events will be available every week in every city. Signup and use of the website are free.

Requirements and signup

You need an internet-connected device, a current browser, and a working email address. Signup takes place after you complete the required fields, give the required consent, and pass the spam check. The message field is optional.

Leaving the list and complaints

You can leave the list at any time by emailing [email protected]. Send complaints about the website or list to the same address, describing the issue and the outcome you expect. We will respond within 14 days. There is no fee to leave.

Rules for using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not disrupt its operation or misuse the form. Do not submit unlawful content or someone else’s data unless you have the right to share it.

Content and responsibility

Website content is informational and may be updated. Rights to individual text and graphic materials belong to their respective owners. The website is not yet an app for booking performances or confirming participation in events. The service provider’s liability is governed by applicable law.

Personal data

The Privacy Policy explains how we process data submitted through the form. These terms do not replace that notice.

Changes to these terms

We publish changes to these terms on this page. The version in effect when you sign up applies to the list; we will email you about material changes that affect it.
